Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 4, 2026
Mueller Consulting Group (“MCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it — including our obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Information We Collect
We collect personal information only when you actively provide it to us:
- Contact inquiries — name, email address, company name, and any message you submit via our contact form or by emailing us directly.
- Consultation bookings — name, email, and scheduling information processed through Calendly when you book a meeting.
- Site analytics — anonymized, aggregate traffic data collected by Vercel Analytics (no cookies are set; no personally identifiable information is captured).
We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health information, financial account details, or government ID numbers).
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the advisory services you request.
- To schedule and conduct consultations.
- To understand aggregate site traffic and improve our website (via anonymized analytics only).
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Legal basis (GDPR): Processing is based on your consent (when you submit a contact form), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (consultation bookings), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to deliver our services:
- Calendly — for consultation scheduling. Calendly's privacy policy governs their processing of your booking data.
- Vercel — for website hosting and anonymized analytics. No personal data is transferred to Vercel through analytics.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of MCG or others.
International Data Transfers
MCG is based in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards where required by GDPR for such transfers.
Data Retention
We retain contact inquiry data for up to two years from the date of your last communication with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to fulfill a contractual relationship. Anonymized analytics data is retained per Vercel's standard retention policies.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations).
- Restriction — ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- CCPA — California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@muellerconsultinggroup.com. We will respond within 30 days (or as required by applicable law).
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to business professionals and are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
