SM

Suzanne Mueller

Founder & Managing Director

Suz advises CEOs, boards, and investors on governance strategy for emerging technologies and unsettled regulatory terrain.

Suz’s professional foundation is U.S. aviation regulatory compliance — widely regarded as one of the most demanding operational and governance environments in the world. That discipline informs everything she does.

She previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of a U.S. airline holding company overseeing multiple carriers operating both passenger and cargo fleets. Prior to that, Suz was Assistant General Counsel within a publicly traded aviation enterprise responsible for three airlines, a major maintenance and repair organization, fuel infrastructure operations, and the only privately operated aviation foreign trade zone in the United States.

Across aviation, energy, infrastructure, and healthcare, Suz has advised on cross-border negotiations, regulatory strategy, and high-stakes transactions in complex regulated industries.

She now designs governance frameworks that enable responsible AI deployment while protecting enterprise value and fiduciary accountability. She mentors boards to make sound deployment decisions that preserve value today and defend market position tomorrow.

ACO

Alice “Charm” Overon

Emerging Technologies

Charm leads the firm’s technical analysis of emerging AI systems, with depth in cybersecurity, data privacy compliance, and the architecture of modern AI deployments.

She translates the practical mechanics of these systems into terms that boards, counsel, and investors can act on with confidence. Her work spans regulatory exposure across GDPR, the EU AI Act, and adjacent frameworks, keeping governance decisions grounded in accurate technical reality.

Inside the firm, she is the resource leadership turns to when a question demands a deep cut into the technology itself.

Operations & Delivery

Engagement Coordination

The firm’s operations function carries every engagement from first contact through final delivery. It holds scheduling, client communications, and the internal logistics that keep advisory work moving on time and to standard.

This is the connective tissue between MCG and the leaders it serves: a single, accountable point of coordination that brings discipline to how engagements are run and holds each one to the firm’s standards for clarity, discretion, and responsiveness. With the operational backbone in steady hands, the advisory team stays free to focus on the substantive work.
